PO7 SECURITY JOB OPPORTUNITY — EXPERIENCED SECURITY OFFICER
📍 Location: Sorel-Tracy, Quebec

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SECURITY PROFESSIONAL!
PO7 Security is seeking an experienced, independent, mature, disciplined, and versatile Security Officer for an assignment in an industrial environment in Sorel-Tracy. We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, and professional individual who demonstrates sound judgment, a positive attitude, and the ability to take initiative while consistently following established procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor premises using video surveillance and CCTV systems.
Conduct regular foot and vehicle security patrols.
Identify, prevent, and report irregularities, suspicious activities, and potential security risks.
Respond to unexpected situations calmly, professionally, and with sound judgment.
Communicate effectively with workers, visitors, colleagues, and client representatives.
Strictly follow established security procedures, instructions, and company policies.
Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and daily activity reports. Demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving abilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Requirements: Valid Quebec Bureau de la sécurité privée (BSP) Security Guard Permit.
Valid driver's licence. Relevant experience in the private security industry.
Excellent spoken and written French communication skills.
Good working knowledge of computers and video surveillance systems.
Customer service experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, discipline, and reliability.
Ability to consistently follow established procedures and respect company policies.

Assets: Knowledge of English. Previous experience in industrial security and mobile patrol operations. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.
