1- ABOUT THE ACCÈS AGENCE PORTAL
The Accès Agence portal is a secure platform reserved exclusively to the representatives of an existing agency and enterprises wishing to apply for an agency licence with the Bureau de la sécurité privée.
The Accès Agence portal can be accessed only by using a computer or a smart tablet.
2- WHY USE THE PORTAL?
An online service available to agency representatives
The portal provides a personalized space to the agency. It is designed to allow its representative to:
- apply online in a confidential and secure manner;
- access the history and status of agency applications submitted through the portal;
- make changes to the agency’s file;
- pay the fees payable;
- file online the agency’s annual declaration.
Note : All paper forms available on the BSP website for the agency are now available on the Accès Agence portal, except for the form Change of representative (193.103).
3- LOG IN (FIRST CONNEXION)
How to access the Accès Agence portal? (First connexion)
Easy to use, the secure portal is accessible exclusively to the agency representative.
To log in, the representative must create a user profile using the email address on the agency representative’s file submitted to the BSP and confirm its creation by following the link sent by email.
The agency representative will then receive a welcoming email to the Accès Agence portal.
Note: If after a few minutes, the representative has not received the confirmation email, he should check the spam folder.
The representative will then be able to access the Accès Agence portal and use this personalized space for the agency for which he is the representative. The portal offers step by step guidance and indicates what information to send based on your request.
