Meaning of the visual
The symbol is a spiral made up of small dots that surround the name, suggesting protection and harmony.
The image as a whole gives the impression of moving and turning, which can be interpreted as a symbolic representation of private security stakeholders joining forces to promote an industry of trust.
The logo of the Bureau de la sécurité privée (BSP) represents its brand identity. It is registered as an official trademark under the Trade-mark Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. T-13). Therefore, the BSP holds exclusive ownership and usage rights of its logo. However, it may grant licences for use of the logo to other parties in accordance with the terms it sets out.
