Nightclub Security Guard

We are excited to offer you a position as a Nightclub Security Guard at our esteemed establishment Cave, located on 410 Rachel Street East in Montreal. As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging between $20 and $30 per hour, based on experience and performance.

Job Description:

- Checking the identification of patrons at the door to ensure that they meet the legal age requirement for entry

- Patting down patrons to check for any weapons, drugs, or alcohol that may pose a threat to the safety of others

- Monitoring the crowd and intervening in any altercations or incidents that may arise

- Escorting patrons out of the premises if they are behaving inappropriately or posing a risk to others

- Communicating effectively with other security personnel and management to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

- A valid BSP permit is required for the security guards.

- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required

- Must be able to work on weekends, Fridays, and Saturdays, from 9:30 pm to 3:30 am.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, as the nightclub sometimes operates on other days of the week with the same operating hours.

- Must have good conflict resolution skills.
