UPDATING YOUR BROWSER
The following recommendations for the browser will enhance the experience and help ensure access to training for the learner.

BROWSING THROUGHT THE TRAINING PLATFORM
- First, you must activate the "full screen" mode in order to optimize your learning environment. Please follow the directions ("purple arrows", the "Next" button, the "Play" button and others).
APPROXIMATE DURATION
- Between 90 and 120 minutes
WHAT IS THE PASS MARK OR THRESHOLD?
- There is no pass mark or threshold. A good answer will lead to the next question and a wrong answer will lead to an explanation of the correct answer(s).
DURATION OF THE VALIDITY OF THE TRAINING
- The agency representative will only have to complete the "Agency Representative" training once. If the agency appoints a new representative, he or she will have to follow the training.
TRAINING CERTIFICATE
- The learner can download his training certificate directly on the platform after having completed the training.
