The register of licence holders enables you to check, in real time, whether an agent or agency you want to hire has a valid licence.
If searching for an enterprise, click on Agency.

* This directory was created in accordance with the Private Security Act and the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information.
AGENCY
In the search field, enter the:
- Licence number, including spaces (e.g. GAR 99999999) or
- Legal name of the enterprise (exact spelling) or
- Name under which the company does business (corporate name) (exact spelling)

- Licence number, including spaces (e.g. GAR 99999999) or
- Agent's last name and first name (exact spelling)
Caution! Under the PSA, certain agent licence holders in the Investigation and Transport of valuables classes may be excluded from the Register for security reasons.

The licence must be "VALID"
When you consult the Register, you must ensure not only that an enterprise holds a licence, but also that the licence is valid at the time it offers you its services.
If the Register indicates that the status of the licence is "suspended", "revoked" or "expired", the licence is no longer "valid".
This enterprise is therefore prohibited from offering you services.
